These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the xe 66 platform and all associated services. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person who visits the xe 66 website, creates an account, or uses any of our services. "We", "platform" or "xe 66" refers to the organisation that operates these services.

From the moment you register an account or begin using xe 66 services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Account and Registration

2.1 Account Creation Requirements

To open an account with xe 66, you must provide accurate and complete information. If any details change after registration, you must notify us immediately. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed immediately and all related bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, notify the xe 66 support team immediately.

2.4 Account Transfer

Under no circumstances may an account be sold, transferred, or made available for use by another person. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed.

Age Verification

All casino and betting services on xe 66 are exclusively for persons aged 21 or above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

xe 66 may request a government-issued ID or other documents for age verification at any time. Failure to provide documents, or if underage use is confirmed, will result in account closure. If a minor uses this platform, full responsibility rests with the guardian.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

xe 66 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Bank transfers are supported from major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit. Large withdrawal requests may be delayed until account verification is complete.

4.4 Transaction Authenticity

Only your own payment accounts may be used for transactions on xe 66. Use of third-party accounts is prohibited and any such transaction will be treated as suspicious activity.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The xe 66 welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met — the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. That means a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳50,000 in bets.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not a free grant — fulfilling the specified wagering requirement is mandatory before it can be used.
• Bonuses must be used before the account's expiry date.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active.
• xe 66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus claims from multiple accounts or the same IP address will be considered suspicious.

5.3 VIP Program

The xe 66 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), and Gold (up to 1.2%). Cashback is paid at the applicable rate on the week's net losses. Advancement to a higher tier depends on regular and active play.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the xe 66 platform operate on the basis of impartial and random outcomes. Any attempt by a player or third party to artificially influence results will be treated as a prohibited activity.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result appears abnormal due to a software or hardware fault, the bet in question may be voided. In such situations, xe 66's decision is final. Users may not claim compensation for losses caused by technical issues.

6.3 Sports Betting

For bets on cricket matches (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and other sports, the odds in place before the match starts apply. For live betting, the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed apply. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to standard rules.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity related to bonuses
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Deliberately exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs
• Misconduct or threats directed at xe 66 staff
• Colluding with other members to place bets or attempting to manipulate results
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems

Account Suspension

8.1 xe 66's Rights

xe 66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason and without prior notice. This applies in particular if a user violates these terms or poses a risk to the security of the platform.

8.2 User Rights

A user may request closure of their own account at any time. If active bonus wagering requirements have not been met before account closure, that bonus will be cancelled. However, the right to receive back the verified balance (excluding bonuses) remains protected.

Intellectual Property

All content used on the xe 66 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is protected by the intellectual property rights of xe 66 or the relevant third parties. No user may copy, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

The names, logos, and game titles of third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, Spribe, and others) are protected by their respective intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

xe 66 always works to maintain a reasonable standard of technical service. However, the platform will not be held liable in the following situations:

• For issues caused by third-party software or servers

In no circumstances shall xe 66's total liability exceed the main balance (excluding bonuses) held in the relevant user's account.
